This sample meeting agenda will give you suggestions for meeting structure and allow you to map out how long each portion should take.  You are able to plug in the time frame of your meeting and use the duration column to assess how long each portion can be while keeping within the cadence of the meeting.  The fields in the upper right track the total duration of the times you've entered so that you can double check that the meeting is as length it is supposed to be.
